Crazy thing I did...

I would say that Im crazy for what I did yesterday. I participated in an athletic competition. I ran for 1500m in the morning and and 4x100m event later in the afternoon.
Soon after that I rushed to shah alam about 5 pm for a 10km night run. I ran non-stop. Crazy... I have never ran that far. This morning at 930 am I ran for 200m event and then later in the afternoon 4x400m. Fuhh.... But overall it is worth it. Really enjoy it. I got medals, vouchers and also a rm378 ice watch as a lucky winner.  Yay!!!
